At Open Closed Doors, we are focused on introducing the Bergen B4DT Method to Aotearoa New Zealand. You can read about this method and our approach here. If you have severe OCD and want to apply to take part in the 2026 treatments right here in Aotearoa, keep an eye on this website or the join us on the Fixate Facebook group, where we will share details as soon as we can.
The plan is for the initial treatment to be available for 18-24 year olds (with some exceptions considered) as we know how important early intervention can be. If we receive ongoing funding, through private or public sources, our aim is to make applications for subsequent treatments open to everyone with severe OCD.
We will also have more information coming soon for clinicians who want to learn to deliver the Bergen B4DT treatment.
